Websites, web apps, mobile apps and custom software. You bring the business problem or the idea. We work out what should be built, then build it.
Design and development for businesses that need to be found and contacted.
Dashboards, portals and internal tools built around a real workflow.
iOS and Android products, from a first MVP to a released app.
Custom systems, integrations and automation for how your business runs.
Four things, done properly. Most projects start as one of them and grow into a second.
Professional websites designed around your customers, not around a template someone else already used.
Custom web applications that turn a complicated workflow into software people can actually use.
Mobile products designed around how people actually hold a phone and what they came to do.
When off-the-shelf software does not fit, we build the system around the business instead of the other way round.
Before we write code we work out what you are trying to accomplish, who uses the thing, and where the current process breaks down. Then we design and build around that. It is a slower start and a much shorter finish.
A booking form is not the answer to every problem. Sometimes the answer is a different page order, or a spreadsheet that stops being a spreadsheet.
No features added because they were easy. Scope stays tied to something you can point at and explain.
There is no account layer between you and the work. Questions get answered by whoever is going to write the code.
Everything here is live. No mockups, no concepts, no work in progress dressed up as finished. Open any of them and you are looking at the real thing.

A freight forwarder moving cargo by air and sea and handling the customs paperwork in between. The site is organised around the four service lines a shipper actually compares before making contact, each on its own page rather than buried in one crowded list: air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and end-to-end supply chain management.

A personal-brand site for a pastor and certified life coach who officiates weddings and funerals, does hospital visits and takes counselling clients. Booking runs through an embedded scheduler, and the hero carries a live status that changes after hours so late-night visitors know they will still get a reply.

Our own product: a tee time booking platform for Philippine golf courses, web plus a native iOS app. This is the launch site, live now and taking early signups, built around a simple promise the whole product has to keep — a round booked and paid for in under a minute.
Different industries, same method: work out how the customer decides, then build around that. Both are live, and both are one click away.
Freight is bought on coverage and paperwork. A shipper wants to know whether you move cargo the way they need it moved and whether you can clear it at the border, before they will start a conversation. So the site is built as four separate service lines, each with room to answer those questions properly, rather than one paragraph trying to cover everything.
Open the sitePeople reach out about weddings, funerals and hospital visits, which means a good share of the traffic arrives at difficult moments and at odd hours. Booking is embedded directly in the page, and a live status in the hero switches after hours so someone reading at 2am knows a reply is still coming.
Open the siteSix stages. You always know which one we are in and what comes out of it.
We learn about your business, your users, your goals and your constraints.
We define the features, the scope and the approach before development begins.
We turn the requirements into a clear, intuitive experience you can see and react to.
We develop, test and refine the product, showing you working software as it goes.
We deploy it, connect the domain and analytics, and check everything works.
We can keep improving and maintaining the product after launch, if you want us to.
Not tied to one industry. Tied to a certain kind of problem.
A salon, a workshop, a restaurant, a service business. You need a professional website and a customer experience that does not stop at a phone number.
You need an MVP or a first product to put in front of real users and find out whether the idea holds.
The process works but it runs on spreadsheets, email threads and someone's memory. You need custom software, automation or an internal tool.
You have the idea and the domain knowledge. You need someone who can turn it into a real product without a team.
Websites designed around how your customers discover you, decide they trust you, and get in touch.
We set up the SEO foundations properly. We do not promise rankings, because nobody can.
Mobile and web applications, from a first version that proves the idea to something you can put in an app store.
Including App Store submission, icons, screenshots and the compliance details that hold releases up.
OPM Tech exists to help businesses turn ideas and operational problems into useful digital products. That is the whole brief.
We are small, and that is the point. You deal with the person building your product, decisions get made in a conversation rather than a change request, and nothing gets added to the scope because it was easy to add.
We work with businesses in the United States and Southeast Asia, and we build our own products alongside client work. That is where most of the harder lessons come from.
We start with what the business needs, not with what the technology can do.
No unnecessary templates and no bloated functionality you will never turn on.
You always know what we are building and why we are building it.
You work with the person building your product, not an account manager.
We tell you what we can do and what we cannot. Nothing is invented to win the job.
Fast, responsive products built with tools that will still be supported next year.
From a simple business site to a larger, content-driven experience.
Custom workflows, internal tools and customer-facing applications.
MVPs through to production apps on iOS and Android.
Business-specific systems, integrations and automation.
Every project is quoted on scope. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you what it takes.
Listed for context, not as a sales pitch. The right stack for your project is whichever one makes it fast to build, cheap to host and easy for someone else to maintain later.
Tell us what you are trying to build or fix. If it is not a good fit we will say so, and where we can we will point you somewhere better.
